OIADA automatically tabulates Continuing Education hours. We will issue a certificate each time you have accumulated 5 hours of education.

If at any point you feel you should recieve a certificate, but haven't - simply click the Request Certificate button at the bottom of this page and an email will be sent to an OIADA Education representative. Your account will be reviewed and as appropriate, a certificate will be issued upon reciept of your payment (see PAYMENT FORM PDF

for certificate cost information).
